Current Free Alpha

The current public alpha is free and has no checkout or license-key requirement, so there is no purchase to refund for current access. The terms below preserve the rights of historical purchasers.

Historical 14-Day Refund

If you previously purchased SCALAR Atelier, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase without giving a reason.

• How to request: Email l0architect@scalar-inc.com with your order/license reference, or use the refund flow provided by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
• Processing: Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method. Processing time follows Lemon Squeezy's standard timelines (typically a few business days).
• Historical entitlement: Once a refund is issued, the historical license is no longer valid across its activated devices. This does not affect access to the current keyless free alpha while it remains available.
• What happens to your data: A refund does not remotely delete, inspect, or restrict conversations, files, or other content stored locally on your device. You remain responsible for what you keep or delete.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the case of a verifiable defect that prevented normal use). Email us and we'll look at it in good faith — we just can't guarantee a refund outside the standard window.

Price Changes and Existing Purchases

An existing purchase keeps the terms that applied at purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The former one-person, three-device term is a historical purchase term, not a condition for current free-alpha access.
